leadership team for its healthcare business.

Joining Thomas J. Watters, President Healthcare and CEO North America,
in senior positions are Mitzi Winters and Brenda Snow. Ms. Winters has
been named COO, Global Healthcare Solutions. Ms. Snow, Executive Vice
President of Strategic Planning and Analysis, has assumed additional
responsibilities for Healthcares Marketing and Communications.

Firstsource also announced that its eligibility services offering has
been branded as MedAssist Eligibility Services, and along with its
revenue cycle management solutions, will be formally integrated into the
Firstsource service proposition for healthcare providers (Firstsource
acquired MedAssist in 2007).
The appointments of Mitzi and Brenda further strengthen the leadership
of the healthcare team as we fully align our service offerings under the
Firstsource brand, said Mr. Watters. The alignment offers a wide range
of Healthcare BPO solutions to both payers and providers in a unique

Mr. Watters joined Firstsource in 1999. He has long been recognized as
an industry thought leader with a deep commitment to organizational
excellence and exceptional customer service. Mr. Watters has more than
20 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has held key and
progressive leadership positions in both the provider community and
within Firstsource, most recently as COO of Healthcare. Mr. Watters
received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
Ms. Winters joined the Firstsource team in 2002. With more than 25 years
of healthcare management experience, she brings an exceptional
reputation in the healthcare field, as well as a strong understanding of
operations and a dedication to high quality service delivery. Prior to
joining Firstsource, Ms. Winters was Vice President, Patient Business
Services for Baptist Health Systems in Birmingham, Alabama. She has held
progressive information systems and revenue cycle leadership positions
within the same health system of 10 hospitals. Most recently, Ms.
Winters served as Division President, Operations, for Firstsource
Healthcare. Ms. Winters has been a member of the Healthcare Financial
Management Association since 1989 and recently served as President for
the Alabama Chapter and 2009-10 Regional Executive at the national
level. Ms. Winters has received numerous awards including the 2006-07
Robert M. Coates Outstanding Member of the year award and the 2007-08
Medal of Honor award. She received her B.S. in Computer Science from
Troy State University.
Ms. Snow rejoined the Healthcare team in 2009. Her experience includes
large health systems and health plans, including tertiary/academic
organizations such as the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, as well as large
physician group practices. Her areas of expertise include strategic
planning, provider/health plan administration and revenue cycle
management. Prior to joining Firstsource, Ms. Snow worked to develop the
strategic plans for Kaiser Permanente in Oakland, California, and
Geisinger Health System in Danville, Pennsylvania. Ms. Snow is a
graduate of the H. John Heinz III School of Public Policy and Management
at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, from which
she received her Masters in Public Management with Highest Distinction,
with a concentration in the management health care systems.
